Check In
To ensure a seamless arrival, please follow these simple steps:
- Share Your ETA: Please let us know your estimated time of arrival (ETA) at least a day before your arrival.
- Meet Our Team: Our villa host will meet you at the property to hand over the keys.
- ID Registration: Upon arrival, we will take a quick photo/copy of your passport.
- If you are arriving late at night, don't worry! Just inform us in advance so we can arrange a secure self-check-in box for your keys.
Check Out
Before you leave, we kindly ask you to check the following:
- Double-Check Your Belongings: Please make sure you haven’t left any passports, chargers, or clothing behind.
- Turn Off the Utilities: Please turn off the ACs, lights, and electronics.
- Lock Up & Key Handover: Please close all doors securely. You can hand the keys back to our villa host or leave them inside the designated lockbox/drop-off spot.
- Drop Us a Message: Simply send a quick text to our WhatsApp group once you have officially left the villa so we can start preparing for the next arrival.
